All the items required for installation were in the box when received. Installation instructions were clear & concise. The issue I ran into was when securing the wings on the upper and lower cable box assemblies. The amount of force required to snug up the wings to the drywall was so much that 3 screwheads ended up stripping out prior to securing both of the cable box assemblies. The only alternative is to remove both assemblies and re-install with better quality screws. This makes my whole install too labor intensive. Especially when securing the boxes is the last step in the process. Maybe a note in the instructions suggesting a run-up on the wings prior to final installation might help others.
