HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

This return policy applies to all purchases made directly on our official website. If your product was obtained through a retailer or an online marketplace, please reach out to that seller first, as their policies will apply to your order.


Returning Items Purchased Through Retailers or Online Marketplaces

If your Perlegear product was bought from an outside retailer or a third-party online store, your order is covered by their return terms.
Kindly reach out to the store or platform where you made the purchase, as they will handle all return arrangements in accordance with their policies.


Returning Items Purchased from Perlegear.com

If your order was placed directly on our official website, you may request a return by emailing us at support@perlegear.com. So we can assist you efficiently, please include the following details in your message:

• The product’s model number
• A copy of your order invoice
• The reason for your return, along with a short explanation describing what didn’t meet your expectations (this helps us improve)

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours (2 business days) with next steps.


Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date the product was delivered to you.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (tags and protective materials included if applicable).

• The product must be returned with its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your package as soon as it arrives.
Please contact us immediately if:

• Your item was damaged in transit

• You received a defective product

• The wrong item was delivered

Once reported, we will evaluate the issue and arrange a no-cost return or exchange whenever appropriate.


Returning Your Item

After your return request is approved, we will provide:

• A return shipping label

• Instructions for sending your item back to us

All returned items must be shipped using the label we provide to ensure they reach the correct warehouse.

A return label may also be included inside your original package if applicable.


Return Shipping Costs

For customer-initiated returns (non-quality issues):
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Costs will vary depending on your location and carrier rates.

For quality-related returns (wrong item, damaged, defective):
We will cover the cost of return shipping in full.


Restocking Fee

For returns not related to quality issues, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee is calculated based on the actual amount paid at checkout.


Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange a product, the fastest option is to return the original item first. After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.


Refund Processing

Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the reimbursement to appear in your account after processing.
