HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If bought from a retailer or online seller
Contact the retailer or online seller you bought the unit from. Your purchase would follow their return policy.
If bought from Perlegear directly
To request a return, please email us at support@perlegear.com with the following information:
- Product model number.
- A copy of your invoice.
- Reason for your return, including a brief description of why you would like to return the item (to help us understand how our product did not meet your expectations).
Please allow 48 hours (2 business days) for a reply.
