When You Can Request a Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
• The product arrives damaged, malfunctioning, or different from what you ordered.
• The item has never been used and remains in its original packaging when applicable.
• Your refund request is submitted within 30 days from the date you received the product.
Please note that certain categories—such as non-returnable items, final-sale items, or customized products—can only be refunded if they arrive defective or incorrect.
How to Start a Refund Request

To help us evaluate your case efficiently, please include:
• Your order number
• The product(s) involved
• A brief explanation of the issue
• Photos or supporting evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your message is received, our team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.
Refund Approval & Processing Time
After your returned item is delivered to us and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
When approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the issue was caused by us (such as sending the wrong product or a defective unit).

If you're more interested in exchanging your item than receiving a refund, just email support@perlegear.com.
Product availability may vary, but we will do our best to assist you.
Return Shipping Costs
• Customer-initiated returns (non-quality issues):
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• Quality-related returns (wrong item, defective product, damaged on arrival):
We will cover the return shipping fees.
To ensure a smooth process, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If your refund has been approved but hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, we suggest checking with your bank or credit card provider first.
