Most in-stock items are delivered within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please remember that pre-order items may require additional time, depending on when new inventory becomes available.


Where We Ship

At this time, Perlegear provides shipping within the United States only.
Some purchases may be limited due to factors such as:

• State or regional restrictions
• Items containing regulated or hazardous components
• Packages that exceed standard carrier size limits
• Addresses that carriers cannot deliver to (including PO Boxes or remote destinations)


Shipping Locations

All orders leave from our U.S. distribution centers, allowing us to offer consistent and dependable delivery speeds.


Orders with Multiple Items

When your order contains more than one item, our system will attempt to ship everything together.
However, products may sometimes arrive in separate shipments based on stock availability, warehouse location, or the shipping service used.
Whenever an item is dispatched, you’ll automatically receive an email with its tracking information.


Additional Information

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order more than one hour after it has been placed, any costs associated with returning or rerouting the shipment will be your responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Perlegear cannot issue a replacement or refund for the affected shipment.
